Financial Aid

15 July 1999 - The period for Financial Aid Requests has Expired

A limited amount of financial aid is available to help pay for attendance to the ADASS'99 conference. Financial aid is provided to participants based primarily on the merit of their presentation (oral, poster, or demonstration). Financial aid may be provided for any, or all, of the following: air fare, hotel accommodations, registration, demonstration fees, and tutorial fees. In order to apply for financial aid, the following must be received by 15 July 1999 .

A completed Financial Aid Request Form
Letter of recommendation (if applicant is a student)
Vita and Bibliography

Note that in addition to submitting the Financial Aid Request Form, you must also submit a completed Abstract Submission Form.

If you are requesting financial aid, DO NOT fill out a registration form at this time. All requests for financial aid will be considered after the abstract deadline of 15 July 1999 . Those requesting financial aid will be notified soon after that date as to the status of their request. At that point the registration forms should be submitted. If the financial aid is granted, instructions will be provided on how to indicate this on the registration form. If aid is not granted, applicants will be given an opportunity to register at the early discounted rate.
