Every winter, there will be at least one huge depression passing over
Hawaii that leaves the summit covered in snow. The site is equiped to
clean the road and allow the various facilities to continue their daily
operations, often to the delight of Hawaii residents who come up to frolick
in the snow, or even ski and snowboard.
