THROUGHPUT MEASUREMENTS

RECIPE:
  1. Select object exposures (hselect *o.fits $I,OBJECT,INTTIME,AIRMASS,WAVELENG yes)
  2. Combine BIASES (imcombine input_list=@ListBias output_image=Bias.fits combine=average reject=minmax nlow=0 nhigh=1 blank=0 scale=none)
  3. Subtract BIASES (imarith Image - Bias NewImage)
  4. Change DISPAXIS to 2 if necessary (hedit)
  5. APALL object spectra
  6. noao.plot if necessary
  7. IMSTAT (-> mean in ADUs/col), select lines if necessary (imstat Image.ms[2000:3000])
  8. Multiply by GAIN=1.8021 (-> mean in e-/col)
  9. Divide by INTTIME (-> mean in e-/col/sec)
  10. Adjust to MAGNITUDE 0 (multiply by 10^(mag/2.5))

Flats could change some throughput values!
