                     Service Observing Trial
 
To better respect the wishes of all of CFHT partners, we are now
asking that any proposals intended for service observing be sent to
the appropriate agencies by September 1, 1992, the normal deadline,
with the correct number of copies.  Sorry for the short time that this
change implies.
