Galaxy distributions at very low and very high redshift In this seminar I will present the newest results in the analysis of galaxy distribution in the Local Universe, using SDSS and LEDA redshift samples. In our team we extensively use statistical tools developped to analyse all kinds of point distributions without assumption of homogeneity in the sample, this allows us to look for the scale of homogeneity in the large scale structures of the universe. I will end the seminar showing you the new images of the MUSE deep field , we have just simulated. MUSE is a second generation instrument for the VLT. It is an integral field spectrograph and could be built for 2008. Presently it is in its pre-phase A and we are making predictions of its observations of primeval galaxies up to z=7 in order to defend its science case. By the way, I will explain how we are using the Supernovae LS to constrain the cosmological simulations of the structure formation.
