External Review Panel (as of Dec. 22, 2006)

The following colleagues have accepted to serve on an review panel which will comment on the advancement of the project and the various reviews prepared over 2006. They are all outside the core of VASAO and ELP-OA. A few more are likely to join the panel in the coming weeks.
