Abstract: The TERAPIX data centre in Paris is responsible for processing CFHT wide-field detrended images to produce final image stacks and catalogues. This talk will describe the latest developments at TERAPIX concerning source measurements, automatic quality assessment and pipeline processing. Emphasis will be made on improvements and new features which can be expected for releases T04 and T05 of the CFHT Legacy Survey.
