Abstract: We will present the first galaxy-galaxy weak lensing results from the CFHTLS, based on ~22 sq. deg. of i' data from the Wide Survey. From these data we estimate the average velocity dispersion, mass, and mass-to-light ratio of an L%2A galaxy at z~0.3. We have also looked for evolution in the average dark matter halo mass from z=0.45 to z=0.27. Finally, we have attempted to measure the shapes of dark matter halos by looking for an anisotropic lensing signal. In order to be confident in these results we have investigated many possible sources of systematic errors.
