       4. These systems were fairly well documented in the original telescope drawings. Panel F work has completely changed much of the input portion of those drawings. There are also some changes further out in the systems. W. Cruise’s Power Doc binder has system drawings of both the original and as-built (unfinished) versions of them.

    5. The electronics portion of the system is in good condition. The limit switches, supplied with the mechanical design, are in questionable condition. There are been some switch failures which were fixed by very slight adjustments, or by “rapping” on the switch mechanism. The Electronics Group feels that the switches and their mechanical method of operation are not reliable, and should be redesigned.
