It is premature to assign a detailed budget to `Ohana. However, in order to gain an understanding of the scope of the project we can estimate the cost of some of the components. However, it should be kept in mind that based on the cooperative nature of this project, costs for such components for phase III could be divided amongst the many participants at a level still to be established.
