Welcome to my home page
I am employed by the Canada-France-Hawaii Telescope Corporation of Waimea Hawaii as an Observing Assistant. I have been here for a 1.5 years after spending 12+ years in radio astronomy at the 15M James Clerk Maxwell Telescope operated by the Joint Astronomy Centre of Hilo Hawaii. It is an exciting move for me and have learned quit a bit about the new world of optical and infrared astronomy. Currently I am learning the various instruments available to the CFHT community, taking part in the new Queue mode of observing and learning the fine art of data reduction in the optical/infrared.
