The Alsek River
The Alsek trip was lead by Bruce Keller(left, with girlfriend Eli Fuller), with
Kate Rineer, and Mark Costley. We had EXCELLENT weather to which the guides
remarked a few times. Though they were stuck at Dry Bay for at least a day
longer since the weather inland wasn't cooperating for their flight back
to Haines. We saw only a few eagles but too far away to get pictures. In total
we saw 18 bears, all pretty far off in the distance but I took pictures
anyway of a few of them along the shore as we floated by.
