Modification in the CFH12K Focal Plane - May 25, 2000
			(New Output Geometry)

To improve noise characteristics of CCD03, the output B (right) is
now being used. The following table provides an update on the
mosaic performance.

Gain/noise

The CCDs are linear within 1% over the indicated dynamic (less than 65K
for those whose full well is reached before the digital saturation).
The pixel time is 7 microseconds (145 Kpixels per second per channel, to
be multiplied by 12 for the global data flow, say 1.8Mpixels per second).
