fitsverify errors

hi Fred,

we started e-transfer by many of the files are failing the fitsverify
check.

I looked at some of the files and see that many of the CDXX [wcs]
keywords are formated with exponential notation that has 'e' instead
of the standard required 'E' format.

We reject files that don't pass 'fitsverify' as this ensures regular
image views can handle the file. Although the use of 'e' instead of
'E' is a rather weak error and unlikely to cause trouble in the
current image viewers this is against the standard and so we reject
the files. Our processing software just does 'ERORR' or 'No ERROR'
as the choices. There is no 'severity' setting beyond that.

You will need to modify the files to make them compliant.
