Here's the updated DOG page at CFHT. I picked the latest version
of the OG rules from Yannick's archived email.

From there, the DOG email archive can be accessed: user: dog pass: cfhtls
Do we want to go further and actually have a public broadcasting
of some of the decision on the site (then it would actually belong
to the main CFHTLS news)?
Any email to dog_at_cfht.hawaii.edu will reach all the DOG and DOG's OG
members as listed on that page (I am not advertising that email on
the page though).
Yannick, I just bounced your email to that alias such that the
minutes from the last meeting (14th) are archived.
