Hi Yannick,
The main confusion comes from the fact that the CADC needed to rename
the files when we added them to the archive [to conform with the
agreed name scheme]. I communicated this information to you at that
time but I don't think it was clear to you that you would have to
change your links to the new name formats. Here are some details
about the storage of data that might be helpful for you.
--- Getting T0003 data from the CADC ----
All the catalogs can be accessed from the CADC page at
http://www.cadc.hia.nrc.gc.ca/cadcbin/cfht/wdbi.cgi/cfht/tpx_fields/form
--- Accessing files on the CADC system directly via URL ----
All files in our storage system can be accessed using a common URL
syntax. Details can be found at:
http://www2.cadc-ccda.hia-iha.nrc-cnrc.gc.ca/anonProxy/
A quick example of accessing a file is to use URLs of the form:
http://www.cadc.hia.nrc.gc.ca/authProxy/getData?
archive=CFHT&asf=1&file_id=XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
where XXXXXXXXXXX is the file_id [name of file with .gz or .fits.fz
removed]
for example:
http://www.cadc.hia.nrc.gc.ca/anonProxy/getData?
archive=CFHT&asf=1&file_id=CFHTLS_D_r_022559-042940_T0003_chi2.cat
This mode has better access to our storage system and is the
preferred mode of access.
Finnaly, the links on the terapix pages are to 'the release candidate
area'.
When we pushed he data into 'final release' we needed to rename some
of the files [to conform with the name convention] and did so inside
the Release-Candidate storage area here. This has resulted in links
on the page:
http://terapix.iap.fr/cplt/tab_t03ym.html
pointing to the wrong place in cases were the filenames were changed.
Most of the change was to move the T0003.weight to T0003_weight
also, the chi2 catalogs like:
CFHTLS_chisq_gri_022559-042940_u_T0003.cat.gz
Where renamed to
CFHTLS_D_u_022559-042940_T0003_chi2.cat.gz
Below is a list of the files whose names were change to match the
