Test of T0004 transfer

Hi Fred,

We would like to have a couple of the stack files
[CFHTLS_XXXXXX_T0004.*] placed into the e-transfer area to ensure
that the transfer system is working correctly. My expectation is
that some header keys and name structure errors are inevitable.
Additionally, I will need to make certain the database view that
allows searching for CFHTLS stacks is correct for the T0004 metadata.

So, please start putting files into e-transfer, even if this is just
to test the system and the stacks are not yet complete.
