0) Review of previous Action Items
ACTIONs:
CADC will fix the archive problems and let TPix know
when the files currently on CLIX can be removed.
Fred will continue to put new files into the e-transfer
area. These new files will be transfered to CADC and staged
until the storage issues are resolved at CADC.
OUTCOME: An audit of the cat files revealed that some are missing.
Fred will
check which ones are missing [using cfhtInfo] and send
those into
e-transfer. IAP had no record that the files were not sent and
CADC has no record that they were. Mystery not resolved.
ACTIONs:
Fred will place LDAC catalogs into the e-transfer stream.
JJ will modify the interface so that T0004 LDAC catalogs are
made available to users when CHI2 catalogs are not.
OUTCOME: The changes at CADC have been made. The LDAC catalogs will
soon be sent.
ACTION: ldac2cat: Fred will provide a script that converts LDAC
catalogs
to ASCII tables. This script will be provided to people who do
not want to handle the LDAC formated files and would rather have ASCII
tables to work with.
OUTCOME: Currently users will need to get the ‘non-released’ version
of sextrator
to get this tool. A new release of sextractor could come
soon after
the T0004 release. IAP will check if a new sex release can
happen with T0004.
ACTIONs:
JJ will create help page and circulate.
Yannick will provide an plot that summarizes the exposure and
filter coverage of the Wide and Deep fields included in T0004.
OUTCOME: Yannick has provided the maps for the Wide stacks. JJ has
written some of the
help pages and will now integrate the pages with the maps
from Yannick. The
help pages will be circulated for review on Thursday.
ACTIONs:
JJ will send the www interface link to the DOG and request that
people provide feedback on improvements to the system.
Yannick will provide some detailed feedback for the next TC.
OUTCOME: New interface was created and release, some feed back
provide and changes made. The
final ‘look’ was sent as a email, should be on the www
server on Friday.
Herve noted that the .reg files are hidden, these will
become visible now [required
change of CADC system]. Also, some of the .cat files are
missing [Fred will check
which ones and send those to CADC via e-transfer].
ACTION: CADC will setup the metadata tables inside the CADC SYBASE
system
based on the tables provide by Fred.
OUTCOME: This is done, but there is some confusion in the D-25 and
D-85 tables. Fred will
find the required info [email sent describing what info is
needed] and JJ will
manually update the tables CADC currently is using for the
search/retrieve pages.
Items for this meeting:
1) Missing .cat files

ACTION: Fred is investigating and will transfer missing files to CADC.
2) Discussion of Auto_file and Auto_status table structure and use
ACTION: Fred will provide info to JJ who will manually update the
tables.
4) Stack web page review.
OK. With changes for sorting and such.
ACTION: Fred will provide the URL for the QFITs in/out tables.
ACTION: JJ will add links to the QFITs in/out tables based on Fred’s
URLs
3) Release Deadline.
Decision to make the T0004 page public on July 2nd.
All above action must be completed by end of Week so that July 2nd
release can happen.
