fits/ldac at CADC

   I got new requests from Nathalie Palanque

1. She claimed she cannot find these files at CADC:

2. she claimed she could find this image but not its ldac:

Apparently she complained she experienced several times this kind of
problem. Does anyone understand why? Is there something missing in
the transfer or archive process? do we need actions ?
