CADC etrans fixxed

Hi Fred,

I'm not sure about the details, but etransfer is now working correctly.

please put copies of your updated cat files into the replace
directory on clix (/data/fcix3/raid/cadc/replace)

also, if you want to track what's up with a particular file, please use:

curl --location-trusted -g 'http://www.cadc.hia.nrc.gc.ca/cadcbin/
cfhtInfo?file=CFHTLS_D-25_g_022559-042940_T0004.cat&options=-ingestDate'

some options are

-fileCrc
-fileName
-fileSize
-ingestDate

for example:

(clix:raid/cadc/jjk) cadc%
  curl --location-trusted -g 'http://www.cadc.hia.nrc.gc.ca/cadcbin/
