Hi Fred!

Oh, great news! Yes, we keep copies of these tables for every
distribution. I copied everything we have into that same directory and
you can pull whatever looks interesting.

We generate a similar table for WIRCam though some columns are different
  from a Megacam table to reflect the differences in infrared and
visible observing.

For newer PI distributions (including WIRCam) there is always a link on
the top-level welcome page to the FITS metadata table. For CFHLS
distributions we send the table to the CADC though I have never tried to
retrieve one. I'm not sure how you would do that without knowing the
exact name. We will have to arrange a way for you to get copies of the
table for CFHLS distributions and I'm not sure how to do that just yet...
