Mis-Replaced Files

Hi Fred,

Today we had a meeting in the CADC operations group to try and
understand what happened with the .cat files that were in-correctly
updated with old versions of the files.

We think we have isolated the human error that occurred and we are
now working some rules that we anticipate will avoid this sort of
error in the future.

Thanks Fred for catching the problem, and our apologies that this
occurred.
