Thanks Kanoa for your thorough search for missing files. My query was
very 'brain dead' one of... do we have a raw file, no elixir file and
does the runid have and 'l' in it. Naturally that hits quite a few
files that are not part of the CFHTLS collection.

I'm really glad we're down to just 2 missing files. Perhaps they
should be runid as 'engineering' data if the 'rastering' was set wrong?
