The large volumes probed by the 3 components of the CFHTLS surveys, represent unique opportunities to study the spatial distribution of, Brown Dwarfs in the solar neighbourhood (Deep and Wide), and to push, down the temperature of the coolest known brown dwarfs by ~200K (Very, Wide, with a z' follow-up)., , We will describe the first results of our analysis of the Deep fields,, with the detection of two T dwarfs, and our ongoing program of z' follow-up, of the Very-Wide.
