Title: The Supernova Legacy Survey - New results on the Nature of Type
Ia Supernovae

Abstract:The CFHT Supernova Legacy Survey (SNLS) uses high-redshift
Type Ia Supernovae (SNe Ia) to constrain the nature of dark
energy. The latest results from SNLS show that dark energy behaves
like a pure Einstein cosmological constant. I will give a brief update
on the current status of the survey, and discuss some recent results
on the nature of Type Ia supernovae.
