Re: New estimate of survey time

Sorry for this late answer I was away last week.
There is major error in the draft 2.1. We have already discussed that
3 epochs are necessary to discriminate true stellar proper motions from
false motions from galaxies (below an earlier exchange of mails about this).
This argument appears in the section about galactic structure.
BUT in the survey 'at a glance' (page 6) it seems that we are going to
observe the fields only twice in r', 1000s at the first epoch, and 1000s
3 years later. Could you please correct this and number of nights accordingly ?
