The UM2025 will be a 3-day meeting held May 26 to 28 at the Auberge du Lac-à-l'Eau-Claire. Located between Montréal and Québec City, the venue will be the perfect environment for fruitful discussions and collaborative exchanges. It is anticipated that the meeting will start on Monday, May 26, in the morning, and end on Wednesday, May 28, at the end of the day. A banquet will be held on Tuesday evening.
Registration is open. The deadline to register is April 1st. There is no registration fee. For participants and their spouse, CFHT is covering the additional cost (above the cost for a regular meal at the Auberge) for a banquet meal served in a private room at the Auberge.
Participants are encouraged to book their room and meals early. The deadline to book your room and meals is April 8. The Venue and Travel page contains a lot of information and useful tips, including a FAQ at the bottom of the page.
Looking for a car ride to/from the Montreal airport? Please see the information and Google Form on this page.
