for reasons I don't know, many of the exposures had incorrectly
translated 'RA' and 'DEC'. I've corrected those Wide survey images
with incorrect RA/DEC in the db.

On the 'VALIDATED' count issue. CADC receives this info from CFHT in
a stream separate from the actual images. It appears that we have
missed tagging many of the files with there QSO status. I've started
looking into this problem and will attempt to get the values up-to-
date within the next few hours.
