CADC table requirements.

Hi Fred/Yannick,

For the T0003 release we based our db query system on information
gathered from 2 of your MySQL tables, Auto_file and Auto_status, and
to some extent also the table Applications

Can you provide CSV dumps of those 2 tables so that we can ingest
them into our db System and create the T0004 release tables?

We can do this in stages. Essentially CADC requires the versions of
the tables that contain the info for T0004. To build the CADC query
page we are using a join between these two tables that allows us to
gather various aggregate information about the stacks.
