not_new -> replace

Hi Fred,

I noticed that the 'new' area was empty on clix and we have a number
of files that were put into 'new' that were actually replacements.
I've mv'd the 'not_new' files into 'replace' so they can be checked
against our copies and then transfered over.

Are we getting close to the end of 'weight' transfers?
