Instructions for posters and oral presentations

Poster presentations:

  • Please print your posters before arriving to the meeting venue. There is no printing facility on site or in close proximity (within 2 hours from the venue).
  • The poster room is adjacent to the main conference room.
  • The poster room will have trifold poster boards 48" (width) x 36" (height) to display posters. The dimensions of the central panel of the trifold board are 24" (width) x 36" (height). The maximum allowable poster size is capped at 47" (width) x 35" (height). You may print one large poster of the maximum allowable poster size or have a combination of sizes (see figure, Examples of Poster Combinations, below).
  • We will provide supplies to attach posters to the poster boards.
  • Physical posters are numbered (see table, Poster Numbers, below) and have designated locations in the poster room (see figure, Poster Room Map, below).
  • Posters can be installed starting on Monday, May 26, 8:00am.
  • Posters have to be removed by Wednesday, May 28, 4:00pm.
  • Physical posters are considered for 1-minute flash talks by default. The presenter last names will be listed in the order of presentations to the flash talk session blocks in the schedule on this webpage.
  • All posters (physical and remote) will have dedicated Slack channels (see table, Poster Numbers, below), where presenters can upload their poster as a file or share a link or a QR code to an online version of their poster. Participants are encouraged to engage in poster discussions on the poster Slack channels, especially for remote posters.
